1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QuikDM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

QuikDM is an Instagram DM automation tool that allows creators to automatically send Direct Messages to users who comment on their Instagram content. The service operates through Meta's official Instagram Graph API.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use QuikDM to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or messaging policies
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Resell or redistribute access to QuikDM without permission

5. Instagram API Compliance

QuikDM operates within Meta's platform policies. You acknowledge that:

  • Instagram may change their API, rate limits, or policies at any time
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if Instagram modifies their platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring your automated messages comply with Instagram's policies

6. Service Availability

  • QuikDM is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of QuikDM is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuikDM is not liable for:

  • Loss of followers, engagement, or revenue
  • Account restrictions imposed by Instagram/Meta
  • Messages not delivered due to API limitations or rate limits
  • Data loss beyond what is covered by our standard backups

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted per our privacy policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuikDM after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
