QuikDM ("we", "our", "us") operates quikdm.in. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Instagram DM automation service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Instagram account information (username, user ID, profile picture) when you connect your account via Instagram Login
  • Published media metadata (reel IDs, captions, timestamps) to display in your dashboard
  • Comment data (comment text, commenter username) for keyword matching — we do not store comments long-term
  • DM conversation data (message text, timestamps) to manage automated conversation flows
  • Authentication tokens (encrypted) for Instagram API access
  • Email address and password for your QuikDM account

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To display your Instagram reels in the dashboard
  • To detect trigger keywords in comments and send automated DMs
  • To manage multi-step DM conversation flows
  • To display conversation logs in your dashboard
  • To authenticate your identity and protect your account

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use your data for advertising. We do NOT share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (hosting providers).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate QuikDM:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Meta/Instagram Graph API — Instagram integration

Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
  • Access to your data is restricted to your account only

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your QuikDM account is active. When you disconnect your Instagram account or delete your QuikDM account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

  • Disconnecting QuikDM from your Instagram settings
  • Deleting your account from the QuikDM settings page
  • Contacting us at the email below

All data is deleted within 30 days of the request.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your account

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
